How much does it cost to get into Poutinefest?

Admission is free for everyone at regular Poutinefests.

What payment methods do you accept?

On-site, we only accept debit and credit card payments. (Cash and AMEX will not be accepted)

What is the format of the poutines?

Regular poutines are about 3 lbs and tasting poutines are about 1 lb.

What happens if it rains?

In the event of severe weather, we may modify site access (premature closure, cancelled event).

Is the site accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes. Our sites are always flat.

What are the opening hours for the inflatable games?

Are there restrooms on site?

Chemical toilets are available on site. Additionally, there are toilets for people with reduced mobility.

Do on-site activities (games, entertainment) require additional payment?

Where can I find the waste sorting stations?

On site, we have a sorting kiosk (or green kiosk), which allows us to align with our new sustainable development policy.

Can I come and go freely during the day?

You can enter and leave the site freely throughout the day.

What shows are planned?

Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

No. No refunds, exchanges or credit will be allowed under any circumstances for ticket purchases.

Can I pay for my ticket on site?

Yes, only if the event is not sold out.

Is there a limited number of tickets?

The number of tickets for each event depends on the venue and its maximum capacity.

Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it on my phone?

Both are accepted at the site entrance.

Are the tickets transferable to another person?

Yes. Please note that a ticket can only be scanned once at the entrance.

What should I do if I haven't received my booking confirmation?

If you have been charged, we will find you in the system. Contact us so we can assist you.

How can I check if my reservation has been registered?

You will receive a confirmation email after paying for your ticket. In addition, an email containing all important information will be sent to you as the event approaches.

What if I've lost my ticket?

It can be found in our system at the entrance upon presentation of identification.

What if I arrive late or after the time indicated on my ticket?

You can enter at any time on the day of the show.

On site, what payment methods are accepted for ticket purchases?

On the day of the event, only card payments will be accepted. (Excluding AMEX)

Why do I have coupons with my dinner show ticket?

Coupons are included in your package, and their number depends on the package you selected. They correspond to the poutines, beverages, or other benefits offered. To find out exactly what your coupons cover, take a look at your package details: everything is explained there.

And that's pretty much the concept of a dinner show: an evening where everything is taken care of, all you have to do is savor and enjoy the show! 🎤🍴

Are the dinner-show poutine coupons valid for a regular poutinefest?

No, they are valid only for the dinner show on your tickets.

Does the dinner show take place if it rains?

Our dinner shows are scheduled rain or shine. We encourage you to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly for your comfort. In the event of extreme weather conditions that may lead to program interruption or cancellation, we will communicate real-time updates on our social media accounts.

Regulations and safety

Is there a risk of cross-contamination for gluten-free poutines?

While some poutines are gluten-free, we cannot commit to a 0% risk as there is no dedicated gluten-free fryer on site.

Do the food trucks offer vegetarian, vegan, halal, or gluten-free options?

Is re-entry to the site permitted during dinner shows?

No, once you have left the site, you cannot re-enter.

Are pets allowed on the site?

Yes, provided they are securely held by their owner.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No, it is forbidden to bring your own alcohol on site. Security will not let you access the site if you show up with alcohol.

To what extent can the site be shut down?

In case of weather events beyond our control (storm or severe bad weather).

Can I bring my camping chairs?

No. We have equipment (chairs, tables, and tents) on site to ensure you have the most comfortable experience possible.

May I bring my own containers?

No. We want to limit cross-contamination. We have our own eco-friendly containers that you can take home with you.

Can I bring my water bottle?

Yes, only if the content is water.

May I bring a stroller to the dinner shows?

Yes, please note that large trolleys are PROHIBITED and will not be allowed inside the site.
