TICKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The Grand PoutineFest
These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the ticket purchaser (hereinafter the "Participant") and Le Grand PoutineFest (hereinafter the "Organizer"). The purchase of a ticket implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.
1. Admission and Ticket Validity
1.1. The ticket grants access to the event for the date and location indicated.
1.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or expel any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or non-compliant with the event regulations, without refund.
1.3. The ticket may not be reproduced, resold, or transferred for commercial purposes without the written authorization of the Organizer.
2. Cancellation and Modification Policy
2.1. All sales are final, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. The event will take place rain or shine.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, activities, or site without prior notice.
2.4. In the event of a complete cancellation of the event, refund procedures will be communicated by the Organizer.
3. Assumption of Risks
3.1. The Participant acknowledges that their presence at the event involves certain inherent risks (crowds, weather conditions, temporary equipment, food consumption, etc.).
3.2. The Participant assumes all risks associated with their participation and releases the Organizer, its partners, employees, suppliers, and volunteers from all liability for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Image Capture and Use Clause
4.1. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that they may be photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the event.
4.2. By participating in the event, the Participant irrevocably grants Le Grand PoutineFest and its representatives the right to use, reproduce, broadcast, publish, transmit, adapt, and exploit their image, voice, likeness, gestures, actions, and statements, captured during the event, in any medium or format, known or to come, including but not limited to social networks, website, advertisements, promotional communications, live or delayed broadcasts, and any reproduction of the event.
4.3. The Participant waives any claim, compensation, royalties, or indemnification related to the use of their image or statements within the scope mentioned above.
5. Protection of Personal Information
Personal information collected during ticket purchase is used solely for event management purposes, in accordance with applicable personal information protection laws.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec and the federal laws applicable in Canada.
7. Acceptance
By proceeding with the purchase of a ticket, the Participant acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
